Giant Redwood

Acrylic on board · 16″ × 12″

£120

A giant redwood rises into a clear blue sky, seen from below among tall, snow-covered conifers. The tall red-brown trunk glows warmly against the frosted evergreens, and looking up at it shows off the tree's great height. Crisp winter light and strong blue and white tones give the painting a fresh, uplifting feel.

An original painting by George Kitching. Sold unframed.
