Two bare elm trees stand in a snow-covered field under a pale turquoise sky, with a few birds overhead. Tufts of golden grass break through the snow along the hedgerow, and a faint track leads the eye across the white foreground. It is a quiet, still winter scene, softened by gentle blues and creams.
